Position Overview

Reporting to the Sales Coordination Manager, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing support to our internal and external customers by timely managing all phases of the sales order; from receipt of order to delivery of product sold. The Sales Coordinator will be assigned to specific sales representatives and will work with those representatives to effectively and efficiently complete the sales order process. Activities involved in this role include purchasing, shipping, accounting, customer service, and working with other departments to complete the process. This position acts as a liaison for the sales force between all RSCI departments, Raymond and other vendors.

Key Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)

• Provide administrative support for the sales team by timely managing all phases of the sale process
• Coordinate all aspects of customer orders, including purchase orders, invoicing, gross profit calculations, transportation, installation events, final costing for sales person’s commission statements
• Act as a liaison between all Raymond Storage Concepts departments
• Ensure order entry and customer communications are performed with utmost accuracy and attention to detail
• Work with accounting team members on receivables and billing to resolve issues as they arise to ensure timely payment and complete customer satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager/supervisor

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) or more years of working experience in Customer Service or Administrative Support Strong customer service focus and communication skills
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office products including Excel, Outlook, Word and Access
